NEAR Keeps Climbing, Avalanche Digests a 55% Burst, and the Euro Sits on Its Low

A Sunday read on three charts: NEAR's orderly, high-volume trend, Avalanche's pause after a four-session spike, and EUR/USD holding just above last week's low with the bearish view unchanged.

NEAR/USD · NEAR Protocol — Bullish, Short-term (days). NEAR has made higher daily closes on nine of the last eleven sessions, rising from a $2.297 low on September 16 to above $5.40 on Sunday, and its past-week trading value has averaged close to $300 million a day — roughly 3.6 times the prior three weeks. Theoretically, a trend carried by that much participation is more durable than a thin-volume squeeze, and the two pullbacks inside it were shallow. Risk: the token is up about 198% in a month, so even a routine retracement could be large in dollar terms; a daily close back below the September 23 low near $4.03 would mean the orderly pattern had broken and would invalidate this read.

AVAX/USD · Avalanche — Neutral, Swing (1-4 weeks). Avalanche rose from about $7.61 to $11.80 between September 17 and 21, then pulled back to a low of $9.97 on September 24 and has since recovered to around $10.90. It is now sitting in the middle of that $9.97-$11.80 range, which theoretically leaves no clear edge: holding above $10 after a 55% burst is constructive, but the retreat from $11.80 came on heavy volume. A daily close above $11.80 would reopen the upside case; a close below $9.97 would suggest the spike is being unwound.

EUR/USD · Euro / US Dollar — Bearish, Swing (1-4 weeks). Unchanged from our previous entry. EUR/USD closed the week near 1.139, just above the September 24 low of 1.1362 and about 1.8% below where it opened on September 14. The decline has come in small, steady weekday steps, which theoretically fits a gradual dollar recovery rather than a one-off shock. Isolated prints on the crypto venue should be ignored — twice this month the Binance pair spiked to exactly 1.1700 for a single hour and reversed immediately. Risk: the late-June lows between 1.134 and 1.136 held last time; a rebound from there and a move back above 1.146 would neutralise this view.
