A Second Week of Bitcoin ETF Inflows Adds Weight to the Demand Story
Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows for a second consecutive week, building on last week's shift out of a quiet, directionless stretch.
Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net positive inflows for a second consecutive week, extending the shift out of the flat, directionless flow pattern that had persisted for several weeks beforehand.
A second week matters more than the first did on its own — a single week of inflows could plausibly reflect one or two large allocators rebalancing on their own schedule, but two consecutive weeks pointing the same direction is harder to explain away as an isolated event, and starts to look more like a genuine, if still early, shift in demand.
The flow data still doesn't say anything about why demand has picked up — that context typically only becomes clear in hindsight, once a specific catalyst or broader narrative shift gets identified after the fact — but the flow direction itself is real and independently verifiable regardless of the underlying cause.
