AI Tokens Bottomed on the Same Day and Have Rallied in Lockstep Since
Bittensor, Fetch.ai and Render all set their September lows on the 15th or 16th, then rose 60-75% into the weekend. FET is still about half the price it traded at before last October's crash.
Three of the best-known AI-themed crypto tokens have spent the past eleven days moving almost as one. Bittensor (TAO) set its September low at $213.40 on September 16 and reached $341.30 on September 26, a rise of about 60%. Fetch.ai (FET) went from $0.1484 to $0.2600 over the same days, about 75%. Render (RENDER) climbed from $1.284 to $2.064, about 61%.
The timing lines up day by day, not just in total. All three turned higher on September 17, all three posted strong gains between September 18 and September 21 — TAO's single best day was a 22% jump on the 21st — and all three pulled back together on September 23 before pushing on to new highs for the month on the 25th and 26th. Trading value in each ran at roughly two and a half times its average for the prior three weeks.
When unrelated projects move on the same days, the driver is usually money rotating into a theme rather than news about any single token. That makes the group worth watching as a group: the same flows that lifted all three together can leave them together.
It also helps to keep the recovery in proportion. FET, now around $0.244, traded near $0.468 on the afternoon of October 10, 2025, before the tariff-driven liquidation cascade took it to $0.113 in about 35 minutes. A 75% rally has brought it back to roughly half of that pre-crash level, and it remains more than 90% below its March 2024 peak of $3.48. TAO, at about $326, is similarly around three-quarters below its 2024 high near $1,249.
